This is mainly about my mom. The past few weeks she's been kind of going a little overboard writing letters to places and people. It started with writing to the Law Society about the lawyer that handled her separation agreement, which was a reasonable thing to write about. Then she decided to write to the SPCA about how the vets in her town are overcharging (they really are, $250 to neuter a cat, and a nearly 2 year wait, but I digress). Again that's fine, not sure what the SPCA would even do about it, but whatever. But then she was telling me she wrote a letter to Michael Moore about something she disagreed with that he said in some interview, this was one fairly small point out of everything he said mind you, she generally agrees with what he says.
Then she was trying to put music on the ipod she just bought, and she was having a hard time figuring it out (There is no headache like trying to explain how to set an electronic device up to a parent over the phone ). So her brillant idea was that they should make ipods that have the album already on them, like fore each individual album. Yeah I know...so she wrote to apple telling them that they should do that and asking why their product is so complicated to set up (yeah I know...).
It's just driving me insane lately, because whatever happens, even if it's because she doesn't want to understand something (like the ipod), she writes a letter (e-mail) to whoever.
