Several rants into one as I don't want to post different threads and I am taking it to fratching because I have noticed this kind of attitude in my town and have checked myself to make sure I was NOT being rude from the start.

Hubs ordered several dvd's from amazon. And to better help things amazon "bundled" everything. yeah no there were separate charges for each set he ordered instead of one big charge.
we aren't out any money and this is new to myself and hubs but WTF why couldn't amazon do one big charge instead of all these little collective charges. good lord. I told him don't order from them for a while.
disliking amazon alot lately because of several issues this is just the major one
Hubs Job
Hubs has two weeks of vacation time and planned to use one week in march for a game release and he asked me way ahead of time and it was fine with me on the condition that he helped me either around the house or at least kept an eye on daughter if he was going to be home all week. fair enough.
WEEELL neighbor ruined that. Here is the thing. Last year at the end of november beginning of december neighbor lady's hubs was taken away by a swat team to be held until transfered to a texas jail for NINE OUTSTANDING DUI'S!!!!
Yeah well in march he is being released. And neighbor lady wants that week off to go get him. Hubs response to her was why, you whined and bitched and complained about him when he was here and how he made your miserable but the moment they took him away you were SOOOO worried. WTF. And now you want to go save his sorry ass? And trust me we are a bit justified because her hubs was an asshole and was always SOOO friendly to me only to get me to stay out so he could oogle me. (i was only nice out of courtesy and hurried back inside) and now the texas justice system has failed. It makes me furious because people rally so hard to get laws for drunk driving but it seems with punishment it isn't followed through with. In Texas or louisiana. It took YEARS just to sentence one person for drunk driving, and the sentence was very light. And alot of our drunk driving cases someone ends up hurt or dead, without fail.
Furious about that because of their issues. Hubs will live without his vacation week but that we have to deal with neighbors crap because she also had the gall to ask us to watch her house while she is gone.
I will, because its the right thing to do, but why, WHY are you so freaking worried about a man who could care less about you woman!?!?!
The last straw for this weekend was best buy
Hubs and I were waiting for his bonus or refund to come in so we could FINALLY get the external hard drive looked at (there is an old thread in cs unsupportable tech help thread somewhere)
And we thought oh hey geek squad could maybe take a look at it.
We got there, got the sticker on the bag it was in so they knew it was for them. Get to the Geek Squad counter and are told to wait for a moment as someone will help us. No problem. Five minutes pass by.
During this time there are at least 5 employees wandering around behind the counter (as geek squad is linked with the pick up counter) they are conversing and goofing off and its kind of busy and one employee kept wiping his nose on his hand. GROSS
One of the other people was a manager who kept running around worried about paperwork and he finally stopped and asked if we had been helped, I said no in a slightly frustrated tone. He replied wait for the guy in the white shirt to help you. OH HELL NO, not even this person's name, and was no one else trained for this? And the employee in the white shirt (other manager?) was being waylayed by a chatty customer who kept asking questions about this item or that but didn't seem to want to buy and I finally said thats it.
So I proclaimed. I'm SORRY ITS SO BUSY in here that so many employees have NOTHING TO DO and cannot help one person.
I took daughter and went to wait in the van. Hubs bought his dvd's and came out afterwords. I was wrong but seriously, how can you not have enough people in one area? or were we the fools in going there in the first place?
Mostly upset with my observations of the fact that jobs are short, people WANT TO WORK but those that get hired act like they don't want to work. Is it that bad? or are you just that LAZY? Or is there crap going on behind the scenes that we don't know about such as asshole managers. I doubt it since some employees act wrong in front of the customers even.
I am mostly upset because I tried to educate myself on the proper manners for this area and i still get people being rude to me back even when i ask/say i am sorry what have i done wrong please help me to stop doing that,......
fine. i can be a bitch back....
it doesn't help I live at the edge of the city limits where people act like bitches and n words. and yes that is wrong to say but honestly thats how they act. and i feel guilty for even thinking it but i call it how people act.
i don't want to grow another spine just to have to defend myself
