*20 minutes if aerobic activity 3x per week is the minimum recommended, for basic health-I get an hour each day, and I don't have to pay a gym membership, nor do I have to worry about "not feeling like it", or being "unmotivated/too tired"-I don't do it I don't get to work, period.
