  • Inactivity on Fratchings during Weekends

I hate it. I get bored as hell. Weekends are when I don't work and have all the free time in the world. But it seems like there might be one or two replies all weekend long. I always figured the weekends would be when the forum would be the busiest.

    I need my arguments fix!

The trend on the CS forum is for a lull over a weekend. I think most people post from work.

I hear ya, Greenday, and I feel your pain.

I have the most time for Fratching (and CS) on Sundays, but there's never any action then. Sometimes I get really busy with work and other commitments during the week, and then I feel like I'm coming late to the party when I finally have time to respond to the threads that have caught my eye.

From what I've heard, most interns at my new job don't do much during the day and just surf the internet. But I'm going to be working for the military, so I can guarantee they monitor everything. Do you guys and gals think I'm safe with CS? Fratchings I'm not so sure of though.

Check the internet policy carefully. Interpret it as literally as you possible can (in their favour), that way you won't fall foul off the rules.

It serves me well at my job.

I'm almost never online on weekends. I have no computer, so the only time I have internet access is when I'm at work.

How weird! Weekends is the time I'm usually on (and even this post wouldn't normally happen now).

And, cos I do the graveyard shift here, it should mean the middle of the day for you folks...

I've been away from CS for a little while now... going cold turkey.....

I haven't logged into CS in forever. It just makes me more depressed about my job to bitch about it constantly.
This weekend I got to go to Bend to catch the Decembrists and Death Cab so that was my excuse for no posting.

I tend to post on Fratching while I'm at work. I feel safer posting here than on CS...oddly.

The evenings and weekends is when I have more time for CS...if I'm not running full tilt getting ready for or attending a horse show...

I get bored at work when the Fratches stop coming!

Try only posting at night. Then you'll realize how hopping the weekends are!

I'm just starting to get back in the swing of things in terms of posting at CS/Fratching. Real life stuff + me going on vacation took me away from here for a while.

I was visiting my girlfriend. She lives a couple hours away and I didn't bother bringing my laptop with me.

At least I can log onto Fratchings from work. A few other sites are cool too. For some reason, CS.com doesn't work
