those are not milliseconds. milliseconds means 1/1000 of a second not 1/100 of a second. so if they were milliseconds then there would be 3 digits not 2. They are centiseconds.

If you're referring to the latency meters in various MMOs, it's properly milliseconds. Even if it displays something like 85 ms, it's actually 0.085, same as 140 ms shown is 0.140.Bartle Test Results: E.S.A.K.
