My rent has gone up $10-$15 every year for the past 3 years.
If I hadn't renewed my lease, it would have gone up another $15 this year.
This is a building very old, and they have not re-painted or refurnished or redone anything in the 5 years I've lived here. They justify it because all of our utilities are included, and that cost is going up too far.
And apparently, we waste too many resources and need to be warned about it.
Though, they really don't help when they leave nearly all of the lights on when they show our apartments to potential renters while you're gone for several hours!
