Apparently there's bread that you might even eat that is vegan.

I've had multi-grain bread and it is not bad. I still prefer rye and whole wheat, though.

Commercial bread often contains non-vegan ingredients. I've often made perfectly acceptable bread at home without. A little olive oil, a bit of sugar, yeast, flour, water. All you need.

As I said in my first post, eating meat helped humans have the big brain they have today. If early humoids had stuck with plant eating, humans would never have progressed. And yes, tool using is why we're considered apex predators. A buffalo might be stronger than a human, but if that human is armed with a huge gun, they're going to win.
