If you are in Phoenix, you may have to, or at least move well outside the city. The year-round pollution and dust were two reasons we left, as it severely affected our breathing. I don't know how it is in cities outside the Valley.

XCashier, I wish that living in Phoenix with that pollution was the cause of my allergies. I live about 3 hours northwest in the hills, so pollution isn't the main cause. But whenever I am in Phoenix I do tend to get some really nasty headaches and sinus problems so I stay away as much as I can.

I'm currently suffering from a sinus infection that's rendered me mute. I can whisper but anything above that is impossible. I'm also congested (though ironically my nose is mostly clear, most of my congestion is in my ears), my ears hurt, and I'm cough up the crap in my lungs (made more painful but a bruised rib). Allergies fucking suck.
          And migraines blow as well.

And for some of the worst offenders, a second dose would be needed - a quart bottle full of it, smashed over their head.
