Same here. I kinda thought there was a rule of 'cover yourself' while in the men's locker room, kinda like the 'straight ahead, no talking' rule at the urinal.

I bet I'd get banned if I posted IPF's 'This Thread Is Worthless Without Pictures' smiley here, wouldn't I?

EDIT: This statement was intended to be made tongue-in-cheek, and was not intended in any way to offend Boozy or AA.

I'm not going to freak out about seeing a naked guy in a locker room on screen because I expect there to be naked guys in locker rooms (I may be weird though).

    oh, I beg to differ

all else aside though, the OP does have a point about the double standard. What I've never understood though is why there is such a taboo against nudity... I mean, everyone is nude at least once a day... unless either they don't bathe or bathe with clothes on... so why does society say it's so evil... it is how we're born after all.

Oh, and completely OT, but someone mentioned Naked Boys Singing... I LOVE that show, the songs are soo freakin funny

Ha ha, Tomb Raider was on the other night, and Daniel Craig had a table tastefully arranged to hide his package. Too bad, he's a handsome man

What makes me laugh is when films show men getting out of bed coyly, hiding their junk behind a hand or the duvet. That definitely is not realistic. XD
    Austin Powers?

I see no problem with it honestly. If it's not pornographic (as in the dude a tad turned on) then who honestly cares?

    Wait...clearly you ex does.

I think Elaine Benes from Seinfeld explained it best:

"The female body is a work of art.
The male body, on the other hand, is very utilitarian. It's for gettin' around, it's like a Jeep."

They bother me too. But when it comes to double standards by gender, well that's a street that runs in two directions.

Especially if it's not the quick, spur of the moment kind. No foreplay? Bah.

Well, and there is that issue of practicality. Say you're filming a movie with a sex scene. You want to avoid showing genitalia, but you also want good upper body/face shots. And, well, the boobs are close to the face. It's fairly easy to suggest sex while hiding the bottom half, a little more difficult with the top.
