OK, so here's the scenario. You're in good health, work hard, and enjoy indulging in some junk food every once in a while. If you've experienced what I have lately, then the following is likely to happen:
A friend, coworker, SO, family member, you name it, comes up to you and picks up the container of whatever you're eating and proceeds to read the nutrition facts to you out loud.
"Do you KNOW how many calories are in this Big Mac/bag of chips/pack of cookies etc?"
REALLY, dumbass? I thought it was HEALTHY. Now, I'm not thin by any means, but not grossly overweight either. Why do people feel the need to come up to me and read the nutrition info of whatever I'm eating? It's insulting to think I haven't read it already, and to be honest it's none of your damn business.
Anyone else experienced something similar? Or do you disagree and feel like people are just looking out for me?
