Since installing Adblock, I don't get any ads. No pop-ups, no stupid clips of Ellen Degeneres dancing (Yahoo), no Youtube bullshit ads before the clips.

I specifically don't block ads because I don't think it's right to take in content while avoiding "paying" for it. I find it morally ambiguous, at best.

I have yet to miss out on something because the first page I found it on had annoying ads.
