I mean, that's the purpose of Maxim, to give guys something to wank off to (as my friend says, it's Playboy with strings). Clothed or not clothed...it's sexual.
Yes, I'm female. No, I'm not jealous, although I do find a lot of that stuff somewhat degrading. I have a perfectly fine, normal looking, 38C rack that's proportional to my body and I have never ever ever heard one word of complaint.
As far as copyright goes...you're treading very fine lines, because the magazine, photographer, AND the model all have different rights here. Not to mention the use of music. Do you have disclaimers on your account and posted one every video saying that your material is not original? There's a person on YouTube that makes NCIS fanvids with clips of the series set to music, and she's never had any trouble that I've seen. But she makes it abundantly clear that the work is not her own.
I pick songs that "fit" the video, whether the topic is sex or not (more often not). And I make car and racing videos, too. My videos have songs from my favorite rock/metal artists, like: Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Metallica, The Donnas, Whitesnake, and many others.
That's interesting that the Youtube user you mentioned is able to put a disclaimer that she doesn't own anything in the video. Maybe I should try that once my account goes back online.AKA sld72382 on customerssuck.

Sexual content doesn't just mean showing skin. Sometimes it's the ideas portrayed in the videos or what they are meant for (I'm phrasing that wrong I know but I can't think of a better way right now). Your video is filled with sexy women. It's meant for looking at sexy women.
I've never submitted to YouTube so I don't know how to do it, but I do know that I've stumbled across videos before where I had to verify that I wanted to view them because they had "adult content" so while it may not be labeled as "over 18" there is some sort of option there.
Mormons aren't the only ones with more conservative views towards stuff like cleavage. Actually there are many churches who would have more of a problem with that then they would so bad example.
Oh and as for my personal view? Sure, I've looked through magazines before that had pictures like that. I recently inherited my best friend's huge huge collection of magazines that he got from his dad. I have no problem looking at them. I'm female. I also like looking at women. Do I still to some extent think that they are a bit exploitive? Yes. Honestly, I dislike those videos on YouTube. YouTube is how I listen to music at work. Every so often I'll be watching a music video there will be a video like the ones you post in the related videos section for some odd reason. Yes I can minimize that but they are still open till I do. My boss is currently a bit touchy about what people are looking at on the computers and I wouldn't want to get a "careful what you're looking at talk" about it. Mostly I honestly don't care about those videos but honestly the spectrum of people who don't want that stuff one youtube is bigger than you are thinking. I'm also a bit confused as to why mothers who see their younger sons watching it shouldn't be brought up. How is that not a valid group?

To me, nudity means everything visible, and partial nudity is all the others except for iconic human features, such as hands, forearms and head.

I don't think people are really offended by cleavage more than they are just looking for a reason to be offended.
Of course, I'm one of the few guys that have actually gotten thank you's from women because I didn't stare at the their chest and actually did look them in the eye.
People are just sad these days. They aren't happy unless they're unhappy about something. It's really sad when you think about it.Crooked banks around the world would gladly give a loan today so if you ever miss a payment they can take your home away.

SHEPHERD BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, Somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

BTW, judging by some of the posts here it's like some of you are thinking I am creating some sort of pr0n. If it's OK with the mods, I'll post the links to my most recent ones to show you exactly what I am talking about and that they're not "pr0ny."AKA sld72382 on customerssuck.

OK, here goes.
This is the babe montage that started it all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHDm0sYil2o Four of my fave brunettes.
My most recent ones:
Volume 19 of my "photo video mix n' match of hotties" series: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7G_aLJI3eGg
Volume 20 of my "photo video mix n' match of hotties" series: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XwraFgTdko
Part 4 of my "babes in glasses" series: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGcEgFc6y40
BTW, in case none of those women are familiar, it's because nearly all of them are models in the UK. I'd use more US women if most of the models here weren't so darn skinny!
For the car guys/gals in the group:
The crash comp that started it all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60ZMa7-nKuk
This crash comp is notable because it's the only video on my catalog that I was able to win a copyright dispute: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEM1bHSvIjg
My most recent crash comp: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLebeCqWt9k
Cars and girls: a great combo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFFG7DQAi-0
Of course, these are just a fraction of my catalog.AKA sld72382 on customerssuck.
