People who don't use their TURN SIGNALS!!

There's a gap immediately beside me, and the next car in that lane is far enough back and traveling at the same speed I am. The instant I put on the signal, they hit the gas and close the gap. Why do people do that?

What's worse are the people who are IN FRONT of the gap and hit the brakes as soon as you start signaling a lane change.

Other "fun" drivers are those who I see coming up an on-ramp, so I move into the second lane. They get into the right-hand lane, and stick beside me. Either speed up and get ahead of me, or slow down and get behind me, but I need to get back into that lane.

Also, the people behind me who, when I signal a lane change, pull out and pass me on that side, then pull back in front of me. If they just stayed where they were, I'd change lanes and be out of their way.
