another CSer coming over here...
General intro - Aussie, in Tasmania (you know, that funky looking little island just above the Antarctic that looks like an inverted triangle? Yeah, the one with the weird critters like the Devil.) Non retail worker but I do have 'internal customers'.
Hmm, what else... ex nurse, now data geek. Middle aged. Female. Getting old, grumpy and cynical, lol!
