... airplane food is never going to be good. I mean, the stuff is basically reheated. (it's more complicated than that ( it is part-cooked on the ground, then stuck in a microwave for 5 minutes on the plane) but it doesn't actually matter) That has never produced a top-quality meal.

though I agree, that guy is just trying to find something to complain about.

IMO, the airline and FBI handled that appropriately. Nothing more to be done; the man's company has issued a formal apology for his behavior.

I just can't get over how much the airline's logo looks like Pepsi's.

I think you have that backwards: The Pepsi logo looks like the Korean flag, on which the Korean Air logo is based.

Plus, Pepsi's current logo (which is fugly) looks only vaguely similar.

I find it quite surprising. Koreans put a big emphasis on polite behavior in public. It makes me wonder if he wasn't drunk, given that he demanded alcohol.

I've flown Korea Air. The service and the food are impeccable. US airline companies could learn a lot from how Korea Air is operated. Even coach class gets stellar treatment on its international flights. The business class seats are luxurious.

Their business class is better than first class on an American airline. This guy was just being a dick, and he cost his company face. He's going to pay a high price for that at home. While he might not lose his job, he will get the shit tasks and a cold shoulder until he redeems himself.

It's based on their national flag. Basically, it's the yin yang symbol (only they call it um yang). Yin (um) is red and represents negative energy while yang represents positive energy. "All things in Motion, All things in balance" is the philosophy. Blue, red, and yellow are traditionally important colors to them nationally.
Good news! Your insurance company says they'll cover you. Unfortunately, they also say it will be with dirt.
