Random and sudden screaming

I notice it on the max...especially on the commute home. Mostly teenage kids...and not to be racist but the black kids are the worst and the loudest.

I notice that too. Not just teenagers either.

I can kinda forgive when little kids do it because they probably haven't learned that they shouldn't. Anyone over 15 however...although they do say the judgment center of the brain doesn't develop fully until the early 20s, so...
