The common themes amongst almost all of them are the shooter reported or had been a victim of bullying, alienation or persecution at the hands of their peers. Not that they had severe unaddressed mental health issues.

87% of school mass shooters in the US reported or left behind evidence that they were bullied.

Some places have begun to push for the fight against bullies. New Jersey actually passed legislation that holds schools and teachers responsible for letting bullying go on.

But Greenday, that's exactly the WRONG approach. The so-called "bullies" have sleflessly, and at great risk to themselves, identified from among their peers the ones most likely to commit mass murder. They need to be rewarded, and the troublemakers they've isolated need to be locked up and have the key thrown away. [/sarcasm]
